About Us
Welcome to Adams Elementary School!
Adams Elementary School is located in Coon Rapids and is tucked into a wooded neighborhood. Our school campus is a designated School Forest by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and our partnership with the Springbrook Nature Center provides students with unique outdoor learning experiences.
Adams is one of two schools in the Anoka-Hennepin School District using solar power to supply energy, presenting more unique learning opportunities for our students.

- School day: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Note: Only students eating breakfast are allowed in the building at 9:05 a.m. All students are allowed in the building at 9:15 a.m..
- Office hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m
- Enrollment: 485 students

Free preschool at Adams Elementary
If you live in the Adams attendance area or have your child in childcare in the Adams attendance area, we have a free preschool for your child.
